About My Bakery

My Name is Alicia and I LOVE to Bake. I have since I was a little kid. I am an engineer by day but a baker by night and it is my true passion. I love Star Wars, Marvel Movies and anything that lets me "nerd out." I love spending time with my husband and girls especially in the kitchen. I love it when they help me! I realized that a lot of people in my area had not tried a French Macaron! The availability was low and the cost was high which prohibited a lot of people from giving them a try. I made it my mission to remedy that problem by providing delicious macarons at a reasonable price.

My Products

I am just a home baker but I believe in making everything from scratch that I possibly can. I also like to buy as many local ingredients as possible to support my local community. Local just tastes better! I think ordinary people deserve extraordinary flavors. We don't have to be in Paris to have great flavors and appreciate beautiful baked goods like works of art. We also don't have to pay Disney World prices :)
